Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, as well as the U.S. and certain of its territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses
What is the cost of shipping for each delivery?
We charge just $4 for shipping and handling on each delivery.
Sorry - no. Once your order ships we are unable to modify the method by which it was sent.
To ensure that you always have your contacts shipped out when you want please head to your hubble account to change the delivery cadence/ frequency.

Will I be responsible for any taxes or customs duties?
No, you should not be paying any taxes or duties. If for some reason you are charged for either or both of these contact us at email@example.com and we will issue a credit to you.
How will my Hubble contacts be delivered to me?
Your Hubble contact lenses will be delivered by International Mail Services’ ePacket service; expedited shipping, when relevant, will customarily be via DHL’s PLX service. The ePacket service utilizes the USPS and packages are deposited directly at the USPS “International Service Center” at Chicago, Illinois O’Hare Airport from the Company’s fulfillment center in Plainfield, Indiana. Packages are then transported by the USPS directly to Canada Post at Toronto for final delivery to you.
